How to get a Bespoke Training Solution:  Even if we do not conduct a learning needs analysis before designing a workshop, we would need to ascertain exactly who the trainees will be, their levels of experience and seniority as well as any other specific needs.  To enable us to give a customized service we would need in-depth knowledge about the organization, its culture and plans for future growth.  Our interactive workshops offer tailored solutions that have a significant positive impact on the way you do business and the results you achieve.

We are sympathetic to time constraints that our client’s may face, understanding the difficulties of having employees away from their duties whilst attending training.  As such, we tailor the length and timing of our courses to suit our client’s needs.  Courses are available both in the evenings and on Saturdays and we even offer hour long “Lunch & Learn” sessions.    We limit the attendance for each course to a maximum of 12 employees which ensures each individual receives direct attention from the trainer and allows opportunities for the delegates to participate and contribute.

Evaluation & Assessment: We conduct complete evaluations at the end of each of our courses using questionnaires to enable us to comprehensively assess the results which are then provided to the client in a written report.  We offer or advise on a variety of follow up activities to be undertaken either by us or in-house.  Additionally, we offer a service of undertaking evaluations of all current training provisions within the business.
