Junior Achievement Program

On Saturday 3rd November, Ciara Aspinall from SteppingStones provided a lecture on HR to the newly elected Junior Achievement Company Officers.  The Junior Achievement Company Programme has 294 students registered in Grand Cayman and 40 participants on Cayman Brac. The yearly 18-week programme gives young people the opportunity to start and run their own company, electing their own boards and providing a viable product they create. Volunteer mentors from sponsor companies guide the students through the process. “SteppingStones is delighted to assist the HR Officers from Junior Achievement and we were impressed by the calibre of the students, their enthusiasm and the experience that they will gain through the programme” said Aspinall.
