Our client; an internationally-established Financial Services firm is currently looking for a Board Support to join their team. If you can multi-task and work in fast-paced, demanding environment, then this is the ideal job for you!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
  • Supporting the Board of Directors and associated committees
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining Executive Director's calendar
  • Issuing notice of meetings, draft resolutions and provide follow-up
  • Organizing and engineering meetings and events
  • Preparing and distributing meeting notification, correspondence, and agenda materials
  • Creating mails, newsletters, and other materials for the board committee members
  • Attending board and committee meetings and record minutes
Must have;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-level secretarial position
  • Extensive knowledge of recording and composing minutes for board meetings
  • Self-motivation, well focused, positive attitude, flexible, and proactive
  • Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to make decisions and maintain confidentiality
  • Advanced computer skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
