On behalf of a multi-jurisdictional, rapidly expanding financial services organization, we are actively recruiting a motivated, proactive, forward thinking Administrator within our client's Corporate and Institutional team.

Responsibilities will include;
  • Managing and maintaining client portfolio within a timely manner
  • Ensuring records are updated and clients are correctly invoiced
  • Preparing client meetings and take minutes when necessary
  • Assisting with payments and any other administration duties required
  • Producing and submitting all statutory returns
  • Evaluating periodic reviews and undertaking fee reviews 
  • 3-5 years' experience within a similar field
  • Studying towards or undertaking relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ICSA or equivalent)
  • Must have knowledge of regulatory requirements and statutory obligations and Anti-Money Laundering laws
  • Must be able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
