Duties will include but not limited to;
  • Dispatching and maintaining appropriate personnel, tools, and equipment
  • Relaying work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews
  • Supporting and maintaining mechanical systems and cost effectiveness
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Conducting reports on a weekly basis
  • Conferring with customers and supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationship
  • Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Proven track record in utilizing an automated dispatch system
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexible and willing to work to meet tight reporting deadlines
  • Undertake tasks in an efficient manner
  • Quality control and a keen eye for detail
