On behalf of our on-island client, we are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. This role has the possibility of going perm! 

Duties and Responsibilities revolve around managing the day to day accounting transactions of the company, which includes;
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable 
  • Conducting wire transferring and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing all invoices and dealing with invoicing queries
  • Communicating with all other internal company departments as necessary 
  • Responding to queries, emails and ad-hoc requests as appropriate
Qualifications and Experience;
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and/or a qualification in Accounting or Finance 
  • Experience in QuickBooks is preferred 
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office  
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative 
Salary will be dependent upon qualifications and experience
