The successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, be able to use own initiative and meet frequent tight deadlines. Responsibilities include;
  • Preparing formal reports and appointment documents
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements 
  • Controlling cost and highlighting areas of improvement
  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  • Management for a portfolio of clients 
  • Benchmarking and assisting clients to set and achieve business goals
  • Attend board meetings, preparing minutes and maintaining other appropriate records and logs
  • Cash managing and reviewing bank payments
  • Liaising with information technology and associated systems in accordance with company policy
  • Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff
  • Must possess a professional ICSA qualification or equivalent, or studying towards 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within a finance industry 
  • Must understand the Jersey and/or Luxembourg statutory laws
  • Familiar with financial and customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and engagement management skills
  • Must be computer literate
