On behalf of our client a well known and highly respected Cayman organization, we are actively seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team.
- Overseeing all PD Programmes
- Creating and developing training plans & schedules
- Leading & Hosting Training Seminars and Educational Programmes
- Selecting appropriate training methodology on a case by case basis
- Carrying out marketing initiatives for upcoming training
- Communicating with other internal and external individuals to identify what training is required
- Degree in Education, Training or HR related field
- 5+ years experience in a Training Coordinator/ Facilitator type role
- Hands on experience coordinating multiple trainings at the one time
- Working knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Ability to complete full working cycle (from assess needs through to evaluate)
- Advanced organizational & multitasking skills
