Training Coordinator

Description

On behalf of our client a well known and highly respected Cayman organization, we are actively seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team.

Duties;

  • Overseeing all PD Programmes
  • Creating and developing training plans & schedules
  • Leading & Hosting Training Seminars and Educational Programmes
  • Selecting appropriate training methodology on a case by case basis
  • Carrying out marketing initiatives for upcoming training 
  • Communicating with other internal and external individuals to identify what training is required 

Requirements;

  • Degree in Education, Training or HR related field
  • 5+ years experience in a Training Coordinator/ Facilitator type role
  • Hands on experience coordinating multiple trainings at the one time
  • Working knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
  • Ability to complete full working cycle (from assess needs through to evaluate)
  • Advanced organizational & multitasking skills
