SteppingStones is actively recruiting a Trainer on behalf of our client’s successful Cayman Islands based business. If you are Caymanian, have RERC or hold PR, this may be the role for you.
- Facilitating trainings to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills to do their job in an accurate and time efficient manner
- Develop and conduct training programs for managers & front line employees
- Ensure all training materials and programs adhere to local legislation
- Coordinates training schedule with managers & external third-party
- Report training outcomes
- Assist with projects allocated by HR, ensuring deadlines are met
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or Management
- Previous experience in an Office Environment ideally having trained junior team members
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and confident in public speaking
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
