We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Secretary to join a newly created organization.
We are looking for someone with experience within a corporate setting, who is able to assist with the set up of the administrative function.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge, who wants to be part of an organization going through growth and who is a proactive and driven individual.
You must have at least 3 years experience in:
- Administrative duties such as drafting of documents, letters and client correspondents.
- Diary Management
- Answering and directing of calls
- Greeting visitors and clients attending site visits
- Working with international internal stakeholders
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and self start attitude
- Ability to multi task
- Flexible in picking up adhoc/additional duties
