You must be on Island, able to start immediately, and have previous experience in a Personal Assistant role.
We are looking for someone specifically with experience in:
– Diary Management
– Organizing of events and meetings
– Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries
– Management and maintenance of files
– Adhoc duties
You must have:
– A high degree of confidentiality
– Strong attention to detail
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Ability to multitask and work autonomously
