These roles will involve;
- Managing a busy switchboard and redirecting calls efficiently and professionally
- Greeting customers upon arrival and assisting them in a friendly, outgoing and welcoming manner
- Carrying out filing and scanning as requested
- Additional Administration work as required
To be considered for this role you must have;
- 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- High school graduate
- Additional education would be a benefit
