Front Desk Agent - Opera Experience - Cayman Islands
On behalf of our client, we are actively recruiting a Front Desk Agent to join an exceptional team. Please note this role is only open to experienced Caymanians, Status holders, PR holders or persons with RERC.
Duties and responsibilities includes;
- Processing all guest check-ins by confirming reservations
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently
- Answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, messages, or concerns
- Balancing bank at end of the shift
- Completing night audit checklist during the overnight shift
- Communicating resolved issues to management so that further preventative and maintenance action may be taken
- Must have proven knowledge of Opera
- A strong academic background is encouraged
- At least 1-2 years of front desk experience within the hotel industry
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work as part of a team
- Must be flexible with work days and hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
