On behalf of our client a forward thinking professional services firm, we are actively seeking a Company Secretary to join their team. Located in Jersey, this is an exciting opportunity to further your experience within the Corporate Governance field.
- Filing annual returns in a timely manner
- Acting as Company Secretary to subsidiaries
- Preparing for meetings, creating agendas taking minutes
- Diary management
- Other Ad Hoc duties as and when required
- 3+ years experience in a Corporate Secretarial role
- Part/Newly qualified ICSA
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work to deadlines
