Client Support Officer

Description

On behalf of our client a financial services company here in the Cayman Islands, we are actively seeking applicants to join their team in a Client Support role. You must have experience within investments, banking and trust services. 

The key responsibilities of this role will be:
 
•           Placing client orders and following up up on executions
•           Completing International wire transfers
•           Preparing credit requests
•           Preparation of client statements and subsequent reconciliation
•           Reviewing compliance documentation
•           Maintenance of accounts, bank reconciliations, expenses
•           Opening new accounts and maintenance of client instructions
•           Client file maintenance and reviews
•           Coordinating and supporting team requirements, activities & events
•           Assisting in planning various marketing initiatives 
•           Monitor profit center costs and retrocession payments
 

We are looking for someone with:

•           University degree in finance or business
•           Proficiency in specialized financial software would be an asset
•           Knowledge of private banking products and services;
•           Knowledge of Cayman regulatory requirements
•           The flexibility to work overtime and perform within very tight deadlines
•           Highly efficient in a multitask focused environment
•           Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•           Positive proactive attitude and ability to work within a team
