Administrator, Corporate Secretarial Services

Description

SteppingStones is actively recruiting an Administrator, Corporate Secretarial to join our clients successful team.  Located in the Cayman Islands, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a globally recognized company.

  
Duties;

  • Assist with the review, update and preparation of statutory records, inclusive of minutes and resolutions and regulatory reporting
  • Assist in the processing of new business enquiries and on-boarding procedures
  • Assist with the completion of regulatory filings
  • Liaising with auditors and relevant service providers during the audit processes
  • Facilitate corporate document requests as instructed by the client
  • Respond effectively and professionally to daily queries from clients, regulators, attorneys, service providers and colleagues, and to exercise discretion and confidentiality in all matters

Requirements;

  • Degree in a Business-related field
  • 5+ years experience in trust and corporate admin 
  • Knowledge of fund industry and AML policies  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel as well as shareholder systems i.e 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
