Meet the Team

Since starting the Training & Development business in partnership with Milly in 2005, Emma’s dream of providing a comprehensive learning and development service to organizations on the island has come true.

She carries out learning needs analyses and training evaluations for businesses. She also works in partnership with HR and Business Development professionals to build bespoke, interactive workshops combining universal theory and good practice principals with companies' individual procedures and specific work place examples. Topics covered to date include presentation skills, management skills, performance reviews and customer service.

Emma brings over 7 years senior management and 12 years training experience to her work. Emma is an Associate member of the UK's Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and her post graduate qualifications include their Certificate in Training Practice and Certificate in Business Awareness and Advanced Professional Study. She is a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals and serves on their Professional Development Sub-Committee.

Emma spends her free time on the golf course striving to lower her handicap (and beat her husband), cooking and entertaining and trying to read the books in time for the meetings of her wine & book club.

Lindsey Gordon

Lindsey is originally from Aberdeen in Scotland but relocated to Cayman in 2007 from Edinburgh. She brings a diverse set of life and work experience having worked in local and national government, the health service industry, business and the voluntary sector. Lindsey had four years experience of recruitment in the voluntary sector, before directing her skills and expertise to recruitment in the business community in Cayman.

Lindsey holds an Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen and is a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals. As Staffing Coordinator, her role in the team is to assist and support professionals who want to secure a rewarding job or take the next step up the career ladder in the Cayman Islands. Lindsey has a strong background in client relationship management, project management and training and is practiced at thinking "outside the box" to find innovative solutions to meet the business needs of clients.

Lindsey is an avid skier - so technically is in the wrong place! However, Cayman provides opportunities to get involved in a variety of other sporting and social activities and it’s not too far to go to reach some excellent ski resorts in the US and Canada.
