Screening & Testing
Steppingstones screens every candidate. This involves personal
interview(s) (by telephone or face to face) conducted by an
experienced consultant, proficiency testing and extensive background
and reference checks. Clients can choose from a range of testing
including, but not limited to, IT skills, professional knowledge
and aptitude tests. Results are presented against global averages,
giving clients a benchmark for comparison.
Selection & Contract
Negotiation
The result of the selection process is a short
list of suitably qualified and screened candidates.
SteppingStones will then schedule interviews (face
to face or telephone), debrief candidates and clients
and finally taking clients and candidates through
the selection and contract negotiation process.
