STEP ONE

What training needs does my business have?

SteppingStones Training & Development will come to your business and carry out learning needs analyses at individual, group and organisational levels. From this we will provide you with a written plan containing detailed learning objectives and proposing appropriate learning interventions aimed at accomplishing them.

STEP TWO

What training is available?

SteppingStones Training & Development offers qualified and experienced trainers who can design and deliver courses and workshops which are tailor made for your business (meet the team).  We can also help you capitalise on the potential for knowledge creation and management that already exists within your business.  If your area of need is outside the scope of our expertise we would seek to identify an appropriate provider for you.

Examples of training workshops;

Management Development; including delegation, performance issues, team work and team development, communication skills, motivation, decision making, running meetings, goal setting, writing SMART objectives.

Employee Skills; including the above and, in addition, how to get ahead from day one, induction programmes, developing a good attitude.

Customer Service: including face to face, telephone and handling difficult customers.

STEP THREE

How will I know if it is working?

The benefit of training is notoriously difficult to quantify. SteppingStones Training & Development will assess the immediate reaction to any training courses supplied. We offer, in addition, an ongoing service of evaluation. The results from any assessment and evaluation work undertaken will be presented to you in written report form and by presentation if requested.

Development is a continuing process. Making these steps part of your annual business strategy will help you keep up to date on your training position.
