are needed.
Contract employees can prove to be a highly cost effective
recruitment option. All relocation, work permit, medical insurance,
pension, vacation, sick pay, bank holiday pay expenses are eliminated
and included within fixed hourly rates for temporary and contract
SteppingStones personnel.
We have a team of professional contractors who are
available and qualified to fill various short and long term assignments
such as year end work overloads, maternity cover, vacation cover
or one off projects.
Many of our clients are utilising a "temp to
hire" recruitment option, as it allows both the client and
candidate to assess the company/individual, the position/skill-set
etc prior to entering into an employment contract and where applicable
