Each session takes just 1 hour and costs an introductory price of CI$350  for up to 10 employees.  These sessions are short but power packed! Full of constructive advice, information and practical tools for continued use in the workplace.

“Effective Communication”

- an interactive session that will identify common barriers to effective communication and deduce working principles that will help avoid these barriers.  

“Make Meetings Work For You”

 - participants work in groups to identify the causes of ineffective meetings and devise strategies to counteract them.  The session also introduces a practical tool to focus on five simple themes to help ensure future meetings are effective.
